The left navigation bar: your site control center

Once inside the site, the left sidebar is the main tool for moving between sections. It's worth getting to know it well from the start.

If the top bar is the entrance to the site, the left navigation bar is where you control everything once you're inside. From here you access the exercises, audio tracks, training lists, downloads, and your profile, no matter where you are on the site. It's worth getting to know it well from the start.

What you'll find in the bar

The left sidebar is always visible as you navigate the site. Its buttons, from top to bottom, are:

  • Home — Returns to the main screen of the site. Useful if you want to get back to the starting point at any time.
  • Training blocks list — Shows all available exercise blocks. Selecting any block displays the lessons it contains. This is the main access point to all training content.
  • Favorite exercises — This is where all lessons marked as favorites are organized, along with the seven training lists. You can clear and reload them whenever you want. It's especially useful for building a weekly routine: one list per day, with the exercises you want to work on each session.
  • Audio tracks — Access to the complete library of training audio tracks available on the site. These can also be organized into lists, just like exercises.
  • Favorite audio tracks — Audio tracks marked as favorites are saved here, separate from the general library. From this section, tracks can also be sent to training lists.
  • Audio player — The site's built-in player. It plays audio tracks on continuous loop, with progress, volume, and tempo controls. The tempo bar is especially useful: it lets you practice with the same audio at different speeds without leaving the lesson.
  • Downloads — Takes you to the PDF manuals section. They can also be read directly on the site without downloading.
  • Profile & History — The profile button gives access to account settings. The history records all completed lessons, allowing you to track your training progress. It can also be cleared whenever you want to start fresh.

A detail that makes a difference

The left bar is available on every page of the site. That means you can switch audio, check favorites, or review your history without losing your place. The audio player, in particular, works completely independently from the lessons: you can change tracks or adjust the tempo without interrupting your practice.

Start by exploring it

The best way to get familiar with the bar is to go through it section by section before your first training session. Open each button, see what's inside, and understand what it's for. When you start practicing in earnest, you'll know exactly where to go to find what you need.
